Directions
• Boil potato and grate it.
• Take a pan, heat oil and add dry red chilli, coriander seeds, cumin seeds.
• Add grated potato, chopped cranberry, chopped green chilli.
• Add turmeric powder, salt, and chat masala.
• Stuff it inside the bread. Ensure sides are cut.
• Now make batter with besan, water, ajwain, salt, soda, and turmeric powder.
• Dip the stuffed bread into the batter and fry it till golden brown.
• Cut and serve with chutney.
