Directions
• Wash and boil potato, grate and set aside.
• Heat oil and ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
• When the seeds begin to splutter, add chopped green chilli and a pinch of hing.
• Add the spice powders red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder.
• Add the grated potatoes, chopped dried cranberry, mashed peas, fresh green chopped coriander and chaat masala.
• To make samosa dough mix maida, ajwain, salt, ghee, oil and water in a bowl. Mix it well to make a dough.
• Stuff the cranberry potato mix in dough and shape it.
• Fry in slow to medium heat.
• Serve with chutneys.
