Ingredients
• Cranberry juice: 250 ml
• Coconut milk: 100 ml
• Poppyseed paste: 1 tbsp
• Melon seeds: 1 tbsp
• Saffron strands: few
• Nutmeg powder: 1/8 tsp
• Sugar: as per taste
• Fennel seeds: 1.5 tbsp
• Black peppercorn: 1 tsp
• Green cardamom: 4-5
• Almonds: 10-12
• Rosewater: few drops
• Dried rose petals: a bit
• Pistachio powder: 2 tsp
• Dried cranberries: for garnish
Directions
• Soak almonds in cold water and peel off the skin. Cut it lengthwise to get slivers.
• Blend cranberry juice with coconut milk, poppy seed paste and saffron.
• Add the spices as mentioned above and rose water.
• Add sugar to taste.
• Garnish with dried cranberries, almonds slivers, rose petals, pistachio powder and melon seeds.
• Serve chilled in a tall glass.
