Ingredients
• Cranberry: 250 gm
Oat: 100 gm
• Full fat milk: 350 ml
• Cream cheese: 150 gm
• Almond paste: 100 gm
• Dalia: 50 gm
• Quinoa: 50 gm
• Cream: 100 ml
• Jaggery syrup for sweetening
Directions
• In a blender, add cranberry and some milk, make a fine paste.
• Next add broiled oats, dalia, quinoa, cream cheese, milk and rest of the cream.
• Add jaggery syrup for sweetening.
• Keep the mix in refrigerator so that it can be served chilled.
• Serve in individual glasses.
