Ingredients
• 1/2 c. dried cranberries
• 1/2 c. feta
• 2 Tbsp orange juice
• 2 tbsp toasted almonds
• 1 tsp orange zest
• 8 oz. fresh spinach
• 1/4 red onion
• 1/2 c. balsamic vinaigrette
Directions
Whisk together orange juice, zest and balsamic vinaigrette.
Start by putting spinach on a plate or bowl.
Top with half of the feta. Drizzle with the dressing mixture to taste. Mix well.
Add remaining feta. Top with onions, nuts and cranberries to taste.
