Cranberry Coconut Milk Thandai

Ingredients 

• Cranberry juice: 250 ml
 Coconut milk:  100 ml 
 Poppyseed paste: 1 tbsp
 Melon seeds: 1 tbsp
 Saffron strands: few
 Nutmeg powder: 1/8 tsp
 Sugar: as per taste
 Fennel seeds: 1.5 tbsp
 Black peppercorn: 1 tsp
 Green cardamom: 4-5
 Almonds: 10-12
 Rosewater: few drops
 Dried rose petals: a bit
 Pistachio powder: 2 tsp
 Dried cranberries: for garnish 

Directions

• Soak almonds in cold water and peel off the skin. Cut it lengthwise to get slivers.
• Blend cranberry juice with coconut milk, poppy seed paste and saffron.
• Add the spices as mentioned above and rose water.
• Add sugar to taste.
• Garnish with dried cranberries, almonds slivers, rose petals, pistachio powder and melon seeds.
• Serve chilled in a tall glass.
