Cranberry Cutlet

Ingredients 

• Boiled potato: 200gm
• Mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas): 300gm
• Dried Cranberry: 100 gm
• Green chilli: 30 gm
• Breadcrumbs: 50 gm
• Chilli powder: ½ tsp
• Cumin powder: ½ tsp
• Garam masala: ½ tsp
• Refined flour: 2 tsp
• Salt: 1 tsp

Directions

• Wash and chop mixed vegetables. Boil it until cooked well. Keep it aside (avoid beetroot since it might leave colour which might not work in the recipe).
• Wash and boil potato separately.
• Once cold grate the potato and mix with cooked vegetables.
• Add chopped green chilli, cranberry, garam masala, chilli powder, cumin powder.
• Season with salt. Add bread crumbs and refined flour. Mix everything well and it shape into desired shapes.
• Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown. Served it with mint chutney.
