Cranberry Poha

Ingredients 

• 1 tbs oil
• 1 tsp mustard seeds (rai)
• 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
• Pinch of asafoetida powder (hing)
• 2 tbs Peanuts
• Finely chopped green chilies (as per taste)
• Few curry leaves
• 1 medium sized finely chopped onion
• Salt as per taste
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
• 2 tbs finely chopped US Cranberries
• Add 2 cup soaked Poha
• 1 lemon juice
• Handful of chopped coriander leaves
• Grated coconut & chopped coriander for garnish

Directions 

Heat up the pan
Add 1 tbs oil
Add 1 tsp mustard seeds (Rai)
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds (Jeera)
Let them crackle
Add a pinch of asafoetida powder (hing)
Add 2 tbs Peanuts & fry them
Add finely chopped green chilies (as per taste)
Add a few curry leaves
Add 1 medium sized finely chopped onion
Add salt as per taste
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Let it cook for a while
Now add 2 tbs finely chopped US Cranberries
Add 2 cup soaked Poha & mix it well
Add 1 lemon juice
Add chopped coriander leaves
Mix everything well
Take it in a serving bowl
Garnish with some freshly grated coconut & coriander leaves
Enjoy Delicious Poha with Tangy US Cranberry twist!
