Cranberry-Aloo-Tikki

Ingredients 

• Potato: 750 gm
• Dried cranberries: 100 gm
• Processed cheese: 75 gm
• Fresh green coriander: 10 gm
• Chopped green chilli: 10 gm
• Cumin powder: 1/2 tbs
• Green cardamom powder: 1/2 tbs
• Salt: to taste
• Ghee: 5 teaspoons

Directions

• Boil potato with salt.
• Peel off the skin and grate it.
• Add cranberry and grated processed cheese.
• Add chopped fresh green coriander, chopped green chilli, cumin powder, green cardamom powder mix it well.
• Shape it into tikkis and shallow fry them on a non: stick pan with the help of ghee.
• One can deep fry them to enjoy more crust.
• Serve with curd and chutneys.
