Cranberry Muraba Papad

Ingredients 

• Cranberry-500gm
• Sugar-2tbsp
• Cardamom powder- 1/2 tbsp
• Ghee-1/2 tbsp
• Water – a bit

Directions

• First of all, blend cranberries in a mixer.
• Mix cranberry paste with sugar, a bit of water and cardamom powder in a pan. cook until right consistency
• Grease a plate or tray with ghee, pour the cooked cranberry paste on • • The plate and spread it out thinly to allow them to dry.
• Dry it in sun for 7 to 8 hours or in an oven at 80 degree for 45 minutes.
