Cranberry Peanut and Amaranth Chikki

Ingredients 

• Cranberry-500gm
• Peanut-200gm
• Jaggery-750gm
• Amaranth-200gm
• Ghee-2tbls

Directions

• Heat a pan add amaranth, it will start popping up almost immediately,
remove from pan, and set aside. let it cool down
• Take another pan, add jaggery, water and cook over low heat.
• Next goes in chopped cranberry, peanut, amaranth and ghee.
• Transfer the mixture on greased surface and allow it to set .
• Now cut it into small pieces and pack in jars
