Cranberry Roasted Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients 

For Kalari Cheese
• Kalari cheese 100gms

Ingredients for Cranberry compote 20 gms
• Cranberry fresh 300 gms
• Red wine150 gms
• Cranberry juice100 gms
• Apple cider vinegar 25 gms

For Moringa leaf pesto 5 gm
• Moringa leaf 25 gms
• Gongura leaf (hibiscus leaf) 25 gms
• Garlic 25 gms
• Olive oil 50 gms
• Hemp hearts 25 gms
• Salt 2 gms
• Black pepper 2 gms
• Parmesan cheese 25 gms

For Hemp heart lebneh 20 gms
• Hung curd 200 gms hung curd
• Hemp seed tahina paste 15 gms (hemp seed paste)
• Garlic paste 5 gms
• Sea salt 3 gms
• Lime juice 10 gms

Directions

For Kalari Cheese
Season kalari with salt and pepper
Heat the pan drizzle some olive oil
Reduce the heat and sear the
kalari cheese from one side.
Carefully flip it over and sear from the second side

For Cranberry Compote
Boil everything together and simmer it further til the cranberry is soft and wine is reduced to half
Cool it nice and rest it overnight and serve warm or at room temperature

For Moringa leaf pesto 5 gm
Blend everything together as a coarse paste like a classic pesto

For Hemp heart lebneh 20 gms
Whip everything together and refrigerate
