Directions
• In a bowl take wheat flour, jowar flour, ghee and mix it with milk, cream, cranberry juice, cumin seed, dry ginger powder, ajwain and salt. Knead well to form a dough.
• Roll it into individual pieces of 60 gm each.
• Roll and cook on both sides on a nonstick pan.
• Ghee is optional if u want your bhakri to be flaky.
• Serve it with a bowl of dal or curd.
