Directions
• Take heavy bottom pan on high flame add milk.
Add cream and condensed milk to warm milk, and further, cook it on moderate to high flame.
• Add khoya and mix it well.
• Add sugar, nuts (preferably pista), chopped cranberry, and saffron.
• Remove the pan from heat and cool it down.
• Pour it into kulfi molds and freeze it for 5 to 7 hours.
• Serve chilled.
