Cranberry Matka Kulfi

Ingredients

Liquid
• Sugar – 1/2 Cup
• Cardamom – 2-3
• Milk – 1.5 Cup
• Bread (cubes, edges removed) – 5-6 slices
• Almonds – 6-7
• Fresh cream – 4 tbsp.
• Cashews – 6-7

Cranberry Paste
• Milk – 50 ml
• Cranberries – 60 gm

Directions

Liquid
Take a grinder/mixer jar. Put almonds, cardamoms, cashews and sugar. Grind it to powder.
Add 1 cup milk and bread cubes. Blend.
Add the remaining milk. Add the cranberry paste.
Add fresh cream and blend for 2 pulse moments only.

Cranberry Paste
Boil 50 ml Milk in a kadai.
Add cranberries and cook for 5 minutes.
Cool it down and grind to paste.

Put the liquid in the matkas.
Cover them with Aluminum foils and rubber bands.
Freeze for at least 8 hours.
After 8 hours, uncover the matkas and garnish with cranberries.
