Directions
• Soak and boil chana dal. Cool it down and blend it.
• To make puran: take a pan add water, chana dal (already blended) and cook it in moderate heat.
• Once reduced, add jaggery, green cardamom powder, grated nutmeg and finish with chopped dry cranberry.
• Make a separate dough with maida. Don’t forget to add salt, ghee and water.
• Stuff the puran masala in dough and roll it.
• Cook it like chapati with the help of ghee from both the sides.
• Serve warm.
