Cranberry-Banana-Smoothie

Ingredients

•  2 cups frozen cranberries
•  2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt (try different yogurts, such as Greek yogurt)
•  2 cups 1% milk or almond milk
•  2 T honey
•  2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Preparation

In a bowl, squeeze a lemon, put the cup upside down to wet the edge of the cup. In another bowl add salt and gently dip the cup into salt mixture to coat the lemon.

In shaker pour tequila, ice, cranberry juice and a squeeze of lemon; shake vigorously. Pour into the glass with a lemon twister and dried cranberries.
