Directions
• Start by adding all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
• Add the cranberries to the bowl. It will give sweet and tangy flavour to the bhel.
• Add salted peanuts and bhel puri seasoning.
• Gently mix all the ingredients together.
• Do not over mix. Sprinkle the bhujiya over the mixture. Finally, top it up with nylon sev.
• Give everything a good toss to ensure all the ingredients are well combined and coated with the seasoning.
• Your Cranberry Peanut Bhel is now ready to serve!
