Orange Cranberry Cake

Ingredients 

  • 1cup- flour

  • Half cup – Sugar

  • Halfcup – curd1/4cup- oil / butter

  • 1/4cup- milk

  • 1tsp – baking powder

  • 1/2tsp- baking soda

  • 1tbsp- Orange zest

  • 2tbsp- Orange juice

  • Halfcup – Dried US cranberries
    Bake it on 180 to 25 to 30 minutes

Directions

  1. Mix all your baking essentials flour, sugar, butter, curd.
  2. Add US cranberries for that deliciously tangy flavor.
  3. Toss the cranberries in a little flour so they stay evenly spread.
  4. Fold them gently into the batter.
    Bake until golden and fluffy.
  5. Slice, serve & enjoy the antioxidant-rich goodness
