Rice & Cranberry Phirni

Ingredients  

• 500 ml milk
• 1/4th cup ground rice
• Handful of US cranberries
• 1/4th cup sugar
• Almonds for garnish ( optional )

Directions

Mix everything in a saucepan and cook on low flame stirring occasionally until rice is soft approx 30-40 mins
Transfer into serving bowls
Serve chilled
