The Cran Wellness Bowl

• U.S Dried Cranberries ½ cup
• Mixed lettuce leaves washed and picked 1 cup
• Rocket leaves ½ cup
• Sweet Potatoes cooked 1 medium size
• Carrots shredded 1 cup
• Spring onions sliced 1/3 cup
• Corn Kernels1/3 cup
• Sprouted Chick peas ½ cup
• Feta cheese 1/3 cup
• Dressing
• Olive oil 2 tablespoons
• Mustard 1teaspoon
• Salt n pepper to taste
• Dried cranberries 2 tablespoons
• Lemon juice 1 tablespoon


Toss all the ingredients in a bowl and chill well Blend the ingredients for the dressing smoothly and toss the salad with the dressing. Serve immediately.
