Cranberry Apple Pie


• 1 & 1/4 cup
• Refined Flour 3/4 cup
• Butter 1/4 tspr
• Salt 1 tbsp.
• Chilled Water
• 3 Apples
• 1/2 Cranberries
• 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
• 1/2 cup Castor Sugar
• Bake @180 Degree Celsius for 40-50 mins.


In a bowl add 1.5 cup flour, 3/4 cup butter and a pinch of salt. Mix well till it resembles bread crumbs. Add ice cold water and mix well and bring everything together using your finger, don’t knead. Form a ball and cover it with cling wrap and refrigerator for 30 mins.

For filling- Take 3 peeled and diced apples in a pan and add 1/2 cup cranberries and 2 tsp cinnamon powder and mix well and cook for 3-4 mins. Add sugar and cook till sugar melts and mixture dries up. Cool down the mixture to room temperature.

For pie- Take a tart mould and place the dough and start pressing it from center and cover the tart mould. Trim the edges. Add the apple filling and bake @180 for 40-45 mins.
